Litbuy Sheets — How Each Depot Sheet Routes Your Order
Litbuy sheets are the individual category tabs that collectively make up the full catalog. Each sheet works like a depot — a filtered, ranked, maintained list of verified product routes within a single category. Understanding how a sheet is structured changes how you move through it.
Sheet Anatomy
Every depot sheet follows the same template. The columns include: product name, reference photo, direct URL to sheetfinds.com, seller tag, demand index, 30-day growth delta, and a status note. The template is identical across depots so the eye adapts quickly — you learn to scan one sheet, and the pattern transfers to the other ten.
How Rows Rank Inside a Sheet
Rows are sorted by a composite rank: demand index first, growth delta second, QC confirmation count third. Top rows are the strongest signals in the depot right now. Deeper rows are either mature classics or quieter opportunities. The ranking is live and refreshes with the weekly maintenance cycle.
The Eleven Depots in Priority Order
If you only read six, these are the ones worth returning to most often:
- Shoes — the demand anchor, largest row count.
- Jersey — the fastest-growing depot right now.
- Hoodies / Sweaters — staple layering pieces.
- Sets — one-parcel outfit opportunities.
- Accessories — where new sellers land first.
- Headwear — low-stakes test parcels.
The remaining depots — T-Shirts, Jackets, Pants / Shorts, Underwear, Other Stuff — are category-specific. Read them when your current need maps onto them.
How a Row Earns Its Place
A row only becomes visible after passing three gates: a direct product URL that resolves to the exact variant pictured, at least one tracked QC-passed order from a community member, and a seller tag that maps to the broader verified vendor list. Rows that fail any gate are quietly rotated out, not kept with warnings. The byproduct is a sheet that reads cleanly — what you see is what you can order.
Maintenance Cadence
Every depot sheet is reviewed weekly. If a seller changes a listing, the row flags within 24 hours. If QC performance drops across repeat orders, the row moves to a hold queue and a replacement is tested. New entries only earn a row after a confirmed shipped order. This slow, deliberate maintenance is the single reason the catalog is trusted.
Reading Sheets Faster
A practical five-minute routine: open the homepage depot grid, note the three highest-growth deltas, click into the hottest one, scan the top ten rows, shortlist two. Close the tab. Come back tomorrow and see if either shortlisted row still feels compelling. If yes, that is your buy candidate.
For the next layer of context, read the framework for judging rows or the finds digest for curated picks across sheets.
