Litbuy Spreadsheet Guide — The Full Delivery Playbook, Stage by Stage

This litbuy spreadsheet guide walks a single order through the full delivery pipeline. It is organized by stage, because that is how the real work flows — each stage has one or two decisions you own, and getting them right at the time they happen is the entire skill.

Stage One — Pick a Row

Open the homepage depot grid and pick a category based on what you need. Inside the depot, scan the top ten rows — these are the strongest signals in the section. Shortlist two or three items whose reference images and status notes look solid. Do not over-shortlist; two or three is the right number.

Stage Two — Verified Link to Agent Intake

Copy the verified link from the row and paste it into your shopping agent’s product URL field. Because the link is a direct product URL, the agent lands on the exact variant pictured. Confirm the color and size on the live listing match the row, then place the order through the agent.

Stage Three — Warehouse Pickup

The seller ships to the agent’s warehouse. This leg takes two to five days and is invisible to you — the agent dashboard will log arrival automatically. Nothing to do here except wait for the QC photos notification.

Stage Four — The QC Bench

This is the most important stage. The warehouse photographs the item from multiple angles. Compare each photo against the row’s reference image. Pay particular attention to:

  • Shoes: outsole pattern, stitching symmetry, box label.
  • Jackets: zip pulls, lining color, hardware finish.
  • Jerseys: badge placement, font accuracy, mesh texture.
  • Apparel in general: fabric weight, hem finish, print alignment.

If anything looks off, request a replacement or refund. The warehouse is used to this request — a one-day delay now beats a one-month regret.

Stage Five — Shipping Line Selection

Once QC passes, pick your shipping line. The three options:

  • Sea-air combined — 14 to 25 days, best value, default for everyday hauls.
  • Express air — 5 to 9 days, premium cost, use when timing is non-negotiable.
  • Economy freight — 30 to 50 days, lowest per-item cost, best for bulk apparel.

Think about the specific order, not a default. A birthday gift is an express decision. A seasonal apparel stock-up is an economy decision.

Stage Six — Last Mile

The agent hands off to the carrier. You get a tracking number. Save it, follow checkpoints, and if the parcel stops moving during customs for more than four days, send the agent a short message. Most delays resolve on their own; some benefit from a nudge.

Stage Seven — Doorstep

When the parcel arrives, open it with a camera running. Compare each item to both the row’s reference image and the QC photos you approved. If anything is wrong, your recorded unboxing is evidence. Document, note what worked, and if you want, share back with the community — your feedback contributes to the QC confirmation pool that keeps the next buyer’s route accurate.

The Decisions Each Stage Owns

If you remember nothing else, remember this: pick well at the row stage, confirm variants at the agent intake, inspect carefully at QC, choose the shipping line intentionally, and document on arrival. Everything else is wait time. Learning where to spend attention is 80 percent of the skill.
